Description

The 5500 Series flowmeter regulator provides primary flow control of industrial gas cylinders in applications requiring inlet pressures up to 5500 PSIG (38,000 kPa) and flow rates up to 200 SCFH. Rugged brass barstock construction provides high durability while the encapsulated seat design provides accurate pressure control and extended component lifecycle. The optional gas-saver model keeps a constant level of gas pressure in the downstream system during the welding process. This prevents pressure and flow surges, which can create gas waste and cause a poor weld.
