Model 6290-VVCU is a high-speed oxy-propane/natural gas machine cutting tip with an unplated brass shell (0.088 cup depth). This tip maximizes kerf while increasing cutting speeds to reduce heat input. The tip produces high-quality cuts thus reducing afterwork. The 6290-VVCU tip is used with low-cost fuel gases. Features Unplated brass outer shell with brass inner shell (.062 cup depth) For use with low cost alternate fuel gases - propane/natural gas (NOT FOR USE WITH ACETYLENE) Minimizes kerf Increased cutting speeds reduce heat input High quality cuts reduce afterwork Use next size larger tip with same PSIG for contour or intricate cutting For thin plate cutting use a highly carburizing preheat flame Measure cutting oxygen pressures at torch entry When using two hose machine torches, set oxygen pressure at cutting oxygen PSIG Disclaimers
